Toy Color Books — Order Terms

These Order Terms apply when you order a Toy Color Book. They add to the ToyColor Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. ToyColor is operated by David Wilson ("we", "our", "us"), based in New Zealand.

What you're ordering

A Toy Color Book is a personalized 24-page printed coloring book made from photos you upload. We turn your photos into black-and-white coloring pages and print them as a physical book.

Price and payment

A Toy Color Book costs NZ$39.99 (New Zealand dollars). Payment is handled by Stripe. When you place your order, the Stripe payment page opens in a new tab. You are only charged when you complete payment on that page. If you close the payment page before finishing, you are not charged.

Samples first

Before you pay, you can see 3 free sample pages made from your photos. You approve your selected samples before you place your order, so you know how the coloring pages will look.

Your photos

By uploading photos, you confirm that you took them or that you have permission to use them. See our Privacy Policy for how your photos are stored and handled.

Production and delivery

Checkout displays the available delivery details and all charges before payment. Review those details in the Stripe checkout window before completing your purchase.

Problems and statutory rights

Contact us if there is a problem with your order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
